We first planted sage a couple of years ago in our backyard. Not knowing much about the herb, I just figured that I would grow it, along with the mint, rosemary, and bay leaves, only to be used in the early fall months, especially sage. Little did I know that much like our mint that sprouts up with open arms every year ready to take over parts of my lawn, sage did the same darn thing. I liked that. Actually, I loved that. So as I looked at the sage, I knew that I wanted to make a super simple pasta dish for my wife, and myself for that matter. A dish so easy to make that you will be blown away by the comforting reward.

During this time, make the brown butter sauce. To a skillet, add the butter and cook on a medium heat until the butter browns. This will take about 5 minutes or so depending on the burner. Once browned, add in the minced sage leaves, give a stir, and set it aside.

Also, we have to talk about stuffing vs dressing. I talked about this on my Instagram a few weeks back and did not realize how divisive the topic would be! I always thought stuffing was what actually went inside a turkey then dressing was the delicious bread, sausage and veggie mixture I grew up loving. Then I thought maybe it was a regional thing because Cady was confused by me calling it dressing. But then, a lot of you let us know that maybe it has to do with the type of bread you use? Honestly, I am still confused as I write this and I am sure you all will let me know.

To the onions and apples add reserved bacon, parsley, sage, salt and pepper. Stir. Add in bread cubes. In a small bowl whisk 1 cup of stock or broth and eggs. Add to stuffing mixture and gently stir to evenly distribute ingredients. Set aside.

A nutty brown butter sauce with crispy sage is an elite pasta sauce, or sauce for anything for that matter! It comes together in less than 10 minutes so not only is it super quick, it's SO easy too. Hi! I am writing up a separate easy recipe for this sage butter as a continuation of my guide to the best butter sauce for pasta. This 10 minute sage butter is magic on a filled pasta shape, if you haven't tried making filled pastas before start with my triangoli with a simple ricotta filling. It's a really easy beginner shape and the filling is quick and easy. If you really want to push the flavour boat out then you can use a meat filling.

My white pork ragu (the most delicious pasta recipe!) makes THE BEST ravioli filling ever, just wait for it to solidify in the fridge to make it easy to work with. With a sage butter? Absolute perfection.

If you aren't on the brown butter/sage sauce bandwagon, this recipe from Emilie is your sign to do it. It's perfect - throw in some bonus roasted pinenuts too and spoon it over your pasta - legit *chefs kiss* ?

Love the brown butter and sage over some nice mushrooms ravioli. I encourage people to give a little drizzle of Saba over the top. Had this at a restaurant recently and it was amazing. The Saba introduces a little bit of sweetness and acidity. Delicious!

This recipe is SO good! It has just enough pumpkin and cinnamon to really compliment the chili. I used the Field Roast apple sage sausages. The no salt tomatoes and low sodium broth are really key with the sausage and chili powder to keep this not too salty. I served with toasted baguette and Tofutti sour cream.

Stuffing is one of my favourite parts of a Christmas dinner and this stuffing recipe is about as Christmassy as it gets. Something about the smell of sage just screams Christmas with my family and roasting the chestnuts is a perfect Christmas-time experience.

This is because Sage One is now available as an Excel add-in. The add-in, called Sage One Accounting Intelligence Reporting Cloud, is a secure and user-friendly Excel reporting application so that you can create professional and well-made financial reports within Excel 2013.

Well the soup is simmering away, make the dumpling, which are kind of the star. Oh these dumplings, they are so delicious and extra special. Light, airy, seasoned with fresh sage, and a little cheesy too.

I have an obscure problem that might ultimately be a "not my problem" kind of thing. I have a customer that hosts their Sage 100 install on a Windows 2019 server. They have an integration with an application called InstaDocs made by DSD Business Systems that allows users to drag files from their desktop/network onto the application. The add-in allows users to attach the dragged and dropped files to whatever they are looking at that will take attachments. The issue is that as of about 4 - 8 weeks ago, no user could do this anymore except the domain administrator account. To be clear, I am not referring to a user in the Domain Admins group, but I am specifically referring to the [domain name]\Administrator account. We have tried it several ways, if a regular user logs onto the desktop session (either on their machine or the terminal server) and then opens the Sage application as the [domain]\Administrator account, it doesn't work. Only if the user logs into the desktop session as the [domain]\Administrator account and use any account to open Sage, does the feature work again.

I love Thanksgiving traditions! I still make my mother's stuffing which is like meal in itself with the addition of a small amount of ground beef and always stuffed inside the turkey. The sage and onion croutons are a must because that's what my mother used too.

Stuffing Muffins are a delicious and fun rendition of traditional Thanksgiving stuffing. This small batch version is filled with crumbled Italian sausage, toasted sourdough bread, autumnal herbs and chicken broth. Serve it with my classic cranberry sauce, homemade apple pie and caramelized shallot dip.

For the best apple sage stuffing, start with day old bread for best results. Cube it and let it sit out overnight or cube it and dry it out in the oven. You can bake it for about 30 minutes at 325F evenly spread out on a sheet pan.
