The Chinese government has a program to create a MIPS-compatible
microprocessor. It's in its 3rd generation. They call their
microprocessor Loongson, or 龙芯 (dragon core).
By coincidence, I chose the same spelling for the word 龙: LOONG.
It shows the Chinese are doing some non-Pinyin romanization!
