After I downloaded the ZIP archive, I found that the REGISTRY.csv file was missing when running the TADPOLE_D2.m file. I would like to ask how to get this file?

(Already replied by direct email, adding here for posterity.)
There is no need to run the python scripts in the TADPOLE zip file. They were used to generate the CSV files that are already included in the TADPOLE zip file.
