Data selection / processing question

Hello experts,

I am wondering, what changes (if any) are actually made to ADNI data when collecting the data for D1 and D2? I see it says that D1 is constructed using ADNIMERGE, but the documentation on this seems limited. So are any new variables / features / measurements being created from ADNI to D1 and D2 or is it just a selection / organization of preexisting features in ADNI? Thanks for any help!

TADPOLE's standard datasets contain only ADNI data:
tadpole.grand-challenge.org/Data

Not sure it needs much documentation, since we provided the code used to generate TADPOLE datasets:
