Query regarding LB4 dataset

I am researcher from India doing my ML research on AD classification.

I have a query regarding the LB4 or D4 dataset (test set). 1. Could you please tell me how to access the D4 dataset? I have seen D4 dataset with only limited features. Is that the exact dataset of 110 patients or are there any other D4 dataset of 110 patients. Please help me in figuring out D4 dataset.

Hi Muhammed,

You should be able to find the D4 dataset as TADPOLE_D4_corr.csv in the zip archive from ADNI LONI. To get the zip from ADNI, you need to go to Download -> Study Data -> Test Data -> Data for Challenges and download "Tadpole Challenge Data".

The last rows of the D4 file should look like the screenshot below. They have around 220-230 subjects, with almost everyone (>98%) having a single clinical visit.
