ChrisBrown's collaboration with Davido in the song "Lower Body" is a vibrant celebration of physical attraction and the magnetic pull of dance. The lyrics are infused with a sense of urgency and desire, as both artists express their longing to be close to their love interests. The song opens with Davido's verses, where he emphasizes his desire to spend time with his partner, both day and night. The repetition of phrases like "You make my head dey gbos-gbos-gbos" and "I know like stress, no gra-gra-gra" highlights the overwhelming effect his partner has on him, making him feel both exhilarated and at ease.

The chorus, shared by both artists, centers around the act of dancing, specifically focusing on the lower body. This emphasis on the lower body can be seen as a metaphor for sensuality and intimacy. The repeated call to "dance for me" and "gimme body" underscores the physical connection and the allure of movement. The lyrics suggest that dancing is not just a form of entertainment but a way to communicate desire and affection. The phrase "lower body" becomes a symbol of the intimate and personal connection between the lovers.

Chris Brown's verse continues this theme of physical attraction and intimacy. He speaks of making love and playing with his partner all day, indicating a deep and passionate connection. The imagery of "taking this way too far" and "diving ocean deep" adds a layer of intensity to the relationship, suggesting that their connection is both profound and consuming. The song's upbeat tempo and rhythmic beats complement the lyrics, creating an atmosphere of celebration and joy. The collaboration between Chris Brown and Davido blends their unique styles, resulting in a track that is both catchy and evocative, capturing the essence of physical attraction and the power of dance.

Under the direction of mechanical engineering professor Chris Brown, a dozen undergraduate and graduate students are developing a new, safer sports shoe with their project, a sports shoe prototype aimed at reducing non-contact knee and ankle injuries.

Mudge points out that the project exists at the intersection of his majors: BME and ME. He hopes to pursue a career in implant design, which would require a solid understanding of mechanical design as well as the mechanics of the human body, he says.

The project started as an MQP (Major Qualifying Project) at WPI several years ago in which students investigated skiing injuries through force transmission to the soles of ski boots and bindings. Stiffer boot designs of the 1960s had protected the bones of the lower leg and increased performance. But it had also resulted in a marked increase in knee injuries. The WPI research led to the idea for tuned springs in a slide-able interface within the shoes. This resulted in patents being issued for impact-absorbing footwear, specialty ski bindings, and force absorbing appliances used in skate boots.

The shoe could also prove valuable to people who engage in non-sports professions and activities who could be at risk of knee and ankle injuries, including military and law enforcement work, construction work, and hiking.

The WPI team is building, testing, and evaluating preliminary prototypes of the shoe in October and November. They hope to produce about 10 pairs in campus labs by January for further testing on the court. A larger trial production run is expected early in 2019.

After nearly 50 minutes of stellar saves by two goalies, Holtby went to retrieve the puck behind the net and passed it straight to Mike Cammalleri, who read the play like a safety reads a quarterback. It would have looked like the perfect setup had the two been wearing the same color sweaters.

Cammalleri's seventh goal of the season stood up because of 30 saves from Corey Schneider, who got his first shutout of the season as the Devils won their second straight after a four-game skid. They also snapped the Capitals' winning four-game winning streak.

"That was a tough break for us," Washington coach Barry Trotz said. "There's nothing really to say. No one feels worse than Braden on that play. That's his strength, is handling the puck, and unfortunately it ended up in our net."

"I've had a few of those myself this year, so I can definitely feel for Holtby there," Schneider said. "But you've got to give Cammy credit, that wasn't an easy puck to one-time from a bad angle into a net."

Schneider is the only goalie to have started all of his team's games this season. It was his 13th career shutout, and the win offered a measure of revenge from the Devils' 6-2 loss to the Capitals on Oct. 10, when he was pulled in the third period.

NOTES: Devils captain Bryce Salvador missed his second straight game with a lower-body injury. New Jersey C Adam Henrique (lower body), LW Ryan Clowe (head) and D Jon Merrill (arm) also remain sidelined. ... Washington C Liam O'Brien is day to day because of a lower-body injury. ... The Capitals recalled RW Chris Brown from Hershey of the AHL.

The BEST project I have ever done so far! By utilizing machine learning tools, exploratory analysis, and dash, I built a web-based application deployed by Heroku and running a PostgreSQL database in the background, to automate my entire fitness analysis for me! Check it out:

Exciting news! After spending another 30-40 hours or so, I managed to update my body weight magic tool to my fitness magic tool! I intergraded my workout data into the application, now it can run auto analysis on my workouts as well, which makes it a comprehensive personal fitness analytics tool! Here is a breakdown of the updates:

I have been weightlifting ever since I started to lose weight back in 2014. Unfortunately, I injured my lower back a little during my initial training years due to ego deadlifting, as a result, I decided to abandon lower body training about 2 years ago.

For upper body training, I cycle through push (chest) and pull (back) 2 times a week, and the main compound exercise for these 2 workout routines are Bench Press and Chin Up. This is the reason why you can only see data for these 2 exercises on my application. The reason behind is that by only seriously tracking the process on these 2 compound movements over time, I can easily know my progress.

Unlike losing weight, gaining muscle is a much slower process and it takes years. And unfortunately, for most people, including myself, after a few initial training years, progress can slow down even more until a point there you can't see clear progress at all. This is where I am at. I have been training for 10 years, and in my opinion, I am almost at 80% or even more of my genetic potentials for natural lifting. However, it still doesn't stop me from tracking my progress.

One-Rep-Max: The one-repetition maximum (one rep max or 1RM) is the heaviest weight one can lift for a single repetition of a given exercise. I never actually tested my one rep max ever, since it is not productive or safe, but there is a easy calculation method where you can just take the heaviest working set of a given day and use the weight and reps of that set to calculate. That is what is going on behind the scenes for all the one rep max calculations in the application. Load: Load is just a measurement of the total work being done for a given exercise, using the formula of Total Working Sets times Weight lifted for those sets times Reps lifted for those sets. It is a better and more accurate measure for progress.

After doing the last project of building a LSTM model using my body weight data, which is just for exploratory purposes, now I believe I can use my newly learned skills to build a web application of my own to do the job where I would do manually automatically for me!

The main objective for this project is to build a comprehensive body weight analysis tool for myself to use which can automate my daily manual routine. To do that, I need the application to have the following functions:

Created a virtual environment to isolate the project and only install necessary packages. Application layout design: Thanks to Mimo, where I learned HTML language, I was able to design the layout of the application easily. I also learned a little about CSS to adjust style on my web page. Callback functions: For Dash, I need to create so many callback functions to get the desired results. Feature design: Weight tracking information; Weekly summary (I need to know the status I am in right now for the week); Password function; Weight record function; Weight Data Plots (daily, weekly average, all data); Machine Learning insights (Seasonality trends, model training status); I also need a function to retrain the model with the push of a button here so that I can train the model with new data without needing to adjust source codes.

For weight data plots, I can easily compare my daily weight and weekly average on the same time span to see differences. Notice that weekly averages are so important when it comes to weight management since on a daily scale, weight fluctuates too much to see any clear trends, especially in a short period of time! You can easily see what I am talking about by looking at the picture below. I also have the option to see my overall data on different average scales to know my status.

For the Facebook prophet model, I can easily see my weekly and yearly seasonality trends. If you look at the plot below, on a weekly basis over the past years, I normally will go on some wild cheat meals during the weekends and goes back to clean diet on weekdays, that is why you can see that my weight normally is the highest for Saturdays and Mondays, and lowest on Wednesdays. For yearly trends, my body weight normally will peak at the beginning of February because it is the holiday seasons ending with the Chinese New Year!
