Sept 16 Tac Rifle match (RSVP)

A reminder to all that this Sunday, Sept 16 we will hold a Tactical
Rifle event at TMSA. We will have 3 pads available including the 100
yard rifle range, so the stages will include some longer range
shooting than usual.

At 1pm on Saturday the 15th we will be setting up stages and will hold
a shooting session afterwards (time permitting), so please drop by to
help and bring guns and ammo.

If you could respond to this notice, letting me know whether or not
you will attend this weekend it will be a great help to me.

[Tactical Rifle]

We spent most of the afternoon setting up 4 separate stages for
tomorrow's match. We have revived the moving target and have a good
variety of shooting planned for tomorrow.

Thanks to KiwiMatt, Unibomber, Ben S X Westie and Doc911 who pitched
in to help set up and overcome technical issues. The plan is to run 3
squads so one stage will always be free to accept a squad.

$5 will get you a hot lunch and a soft drink/water, and we'll discuss
details in the morning.

Hopefully it won't rain too hard ...

I should add that we have some fine prizes from our many match
sponsors. A big thanks to all those businesses who contribute and help
make this a fine event.
