Ever been on a ride-a-long with a trooper?...Now you can! During the
inter-agency Target Zero Team special DUI emphasis on November 26,
2011,one of the Washington State Patrol’s civil service employees, Ms.
Jessica James, will be riding along with Trooper Guy Gill tweeting
from his patrol car. During this “virtual ride-a-long,” you’ll be
getting actual information from real-life traffic stops as they happen
from 6:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.
This is a great opportunity for citizens to follow along and see
exactly what happens during a DUI emphasis. You’ll hear about traffic
violations, field sobriety tests, collisions, and all the other events
that occur during the emphasis.
