The Tacoma Police Department has released a sketch of the suspect in
an attempted child abduction last week.

The attempted abduction occurred at around 9 a.m. on Nov. 1 in the
6800 block of S. Stevens St.

The suspect is described as a heavyset white male, between 30 and 40
years old, 5’10” with short brown hair with sideburns and an acne pock-
marked face.

His unique truck is described as follows:

Standard cab compact pickup truck with a light blue top and red “A”
and “B” pillars. The truck had a horizontal red stripe on the sides
and was yellow in color below the stripe. The truck tires are
described as “Goodyear” with raised lettering on silver four or five
spoke type wheels. The bed of the truck had dirt inside with a garden
hoe and flat shovel.
