Please help spread the news about NATWA II's collaboration with LEAP, a non-profit organization specializing in leadership training for Asian Pacifics. Six Leadership Community Conferences will be held between Sept. and Nov. at six U. S. cities (Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, New York, Houston, and Seattle).
NATWA II will offer two scholarships to its members (to join NATWA II, please check www.natwa.com/ natwa2). Please see info below.

NATWA II Collaborating with LEAP for the Annual Community Leadership Conferences (in 6 U. S. cities)
NATWA II is proud to offer two scholarships (at major U. S. cities) to attend LEAP's Community Leadership Conference, a special conference featuring six innovative personal and leadership development workshops on such topics as Basics of Conflict Resolution, Making a Great First Impression, and Being a 21st Century Leader.
The conference is sponsored by LEAP - Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics, the nation's renoun leadership training for Asian Americans. LEAP trainers are experienced & dynamic leaders in the field - NATWA's 2006 mid-year conference in Houston featured a LEAP trainer that was well received.
If you are interested in attending the conference (any of the five cities), please e-mail Joann Lo, NATWA II's Co-Coordinator, at
natwa2admin@ natwa.com, and apply for NATWA II Scholarship (note: NATWA II asks scholarship recipients to write a short summary about the conference and will be featured in NATWA II's e-newsletter) . Please answer three questions below when applying.
The deadline is Sept. 18 for Los Angeles and Sept. 30 for all other cities.
