I have two folder pairs configured. Both are one-way to mt FTP server. Why am I being prompted to grant Foldersync access to create an interactive shell as ROOT?

This should only happen when accessing a protected folder on internal memory, if you are rooted - what version are you using?

I am using FolderSync 2.2.6. I am trying to backup the entire External SD Card and the entire Internal SD Card (Sprint Galaxy Note 2) to my FTP site. Would this involve a protected folder possibly? The "interactive shell" mad me nervous.
