Slow Google Drive Upload?

I am switching from DropSync to FolderSync and I have noticed that
FolderSync is much slower. I have tried uploading to dropbox and
google drive, and both give me slow transfers.

Should I change a setting or does Folder Sync just run super slow?

Well, I was trying to sync about a 1GB of Titanium Backup backups. Let it run for an afternoon and over night and it only got about half way through the data. Dropsync can usually take care of that in about an hour an

Do you have any anything I could try to improve this?

There are some issues with Google Drive speed which should be fixed in the next version.
