11incisi duzenlenecek olan Chicago Turk Festivalinin hazirlik calismalari basladi. Toplanti 21 Subat Persembe gunu Konsolosluk'ta yapilacak. Bu sene Kapadokya/Nevsehir misafir sehir olarak katiliyor. Siz de Chicago Turk Festivali'ne katkida bulunmak isterseniz butoplantiyi kacirmayin, Festival komitesine girip organizasyonda ya da fikirleriniz ile katkida bulunun ve Turkiye'nin Chicago'da daha iyi tanitilmasina yardimci olun. TCA 2013 Summer Internship Program
Since its inception in 2007, 98 Turkish Americans have been placed in internships with prestigious Congressional offices and non-profit organizations. This program provides an opportunity for Turkish American students to live and work in Washington D.C., learn about the American political process, and explore career opportunities in public affairs. Designed to enhance Turkish American participation in political life and to cultivate the future generation of Turkish American leaders, the program lasts up to 10 weeks between June-August 2013. International Children's Day Chicago
TACA and Turkish Friends of Naperville are pleased to present: International Children�s Day. The event will be held on�Sunday April 21st, 2013�from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The event will be held at�Owen Elementary School, which is located at 1560 Westglen Dr, Naperville, IL.

*Michael Milgrim (PhD: the University of Pennsylvania) has conducted research on Ottoman-Russian Relations/ Osmanli-Rus Munasebetleri:1877-78 / War Indemnity Problem / Harp Tazminati Meselesi at the Ottoman Archives in Istanbul (the Basvekalet and Hariciye Arsivleri) living in Turkey between the years 1970 and 1974. He was an assistant professor (ustad-e yar) at the former Pahlavi University (Danishgah-e Pahlavi) in Iran from 1974 to 1979. He speaks Turkish and Persian. Dr. Milgrim will captivate you with his knowledge of this Ottoman period and its treasures.
