Hi,

I am using the safe browser Aviator (which is in fact Google Chrome made safe ...)

Unfortunately the Tabs Outliner extension does not work with Aviator. The Tabs Outliner window tries to access the URL "access chrome-extension://..." which is not available.
I suppose that Aviator is blocking access to the extensions ??

Could you give it a try and possibly find a workaround ??

Regards,

chris

I just found the following text in the Aviator FAQs:

WhiteHat Aviator blocks access to internal websites (sites behind the firewall) to prevent something called "Intranet port scanning" and "Intranet hacking." Aviator protects you by preventing you from reaching these dangerous and often unprotected regions of your network unless you do so in a different browser. Using a different browser limits internal access to only things you actually manually intend to do.

This is most likely the reason of the problem.

Is it possible to display the Tabs Outliner contents in a different browser?

The idea to install any extensions in Aviator looks strange.
Why not to use Chrome for regular surf and leave Aviator for a places where is really safe browsing is required.
The concept of safe browsing is not compatible with an idea of installing some additional code in a browser, so it's logical that Aviator block extensions.
Unlikely TO will be possible to update to work with Aviator.

Even if it will be possible i will be not doing it, as if for true it's already hard enough to support just one official build.

Best Regards,
Vladyslav
