How to maximize the window upon loading?

Hi!

When I load a window from Tabs Outliner, the new window size that appears is restore to fit the screen but it's not completely maximized (there's still window borders around). I need to click on the maximize button to have it fully maximize.

Pls advice how to tweak this.

I'm also having the same problem, regardless of whether I check the "Restore saved windows in the original position and size" option or not.

Same here. Been using TO for a little over a year now and it has never remembered the position even with the option checked. I've learned to ignore it but I would like for it to work as expected.

Unfortunately, Chrome extensions is limited by Chrome API in this regards, and cannot maximize own window like this (to show its without borders). It think it's limited because of the security issues.
