Has anyone had any luck getting support for this extension? I sent emails to the support@ address months ago, and have gotten no response. That, plus seeing a number of posts on this forum about people not being able to use their paid editions on the same Google account after a reinstall makes me think this extension may no longer be actively supported. I'm trying to decide between this and another similar extension, and I like the other's free features better but it's a little buggy and Tabs Outliner's paid features totally blow the other extension out of the water -- but if it's unsupported that's a dealbreaker.

I tried posting on their Chrome Store and sent an email to the sup...@tabsoutliner.com email address but go no reply from either...
