Unable to email group

FYI, I'm not sure if its intentional for some reason, but I don't seem to be able to reply to the group. When I do I get this error:

tabs-outliner...@googlegroups.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
The group tabs-outliner...@googlegroups.com does not allow posting through email.

Dont know why. I not disable anything, it's works on defaults. Though messages with links seems automatically blocked and they need to be approved manually by moderator (me) as not contained spam.
