Need to migrate Tabs Outliner from Chromebook, but Chrome OS only(!) saves .mhtml files, and standard Chrome version won't copy nodes from .mhtml

I have tried multiple .mhtml to .html converters and so far each one does not faithfully reproduce a friendly Tabs Outliner-readable file.

Tabs Outliner seems not to natively read .mhtml (I understand, and that's not your fault). I've read Chrome OS bug reports with users begging to let us "Save As... HTML Complete with CSS/JS" like normal operating systems, but their developers have rejected it so .mhtml is our only option.

I believe it might be possible to use "Inspect Elements..." but so far I am not able to migrate my structure after trying my very best to troubleshoot.

Aha! chrome://indexeddb-internals/ is how to get to our data store on Chrome OS.

So its true file system access is severely blocked for security reasons, but after researching chrome:flags I found chrome://chrome-urls and saw keyword IndexDB, reminding me of your instructions at https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/tabs-outliner-support-group/eKubL9Iw230 allowing Chromebook users to backup/migrate as you officially suggest us.
