Cookies erased on close

Hi guys. I don't know if it's expected but when I close all windows, despite of how I do that (X button or though TO) it apparently clear all my cookies and I'm logged off of all sites. When I get back to Chrome, my emails, facebook, everything is logged off.

I checked that Chrome was setup correctly so I disabled TO and tested again and cookies stopped being cleared. It's definitely TO who is doing that.

Is it expected? Is there a way to avoid this?

It's definitely not, as TO does not have such functionality nor even cannot interact with pages content or cookies.
Please check your other extensions or Chrome installation.

I've already done exactly that.
Like I said it only stops working when I enable TO. Is there any kind of log file I can check?

I can be wrong by asserting that the issue is with TO, but it's definitely not chrome alone or any other extension.

Strange issue, i hear about such bug for a first time. And actually i cannot imagine how technically TO might cause such behaviour.
I dont know about any log files that might help to identify the problem, maybe they actually exist, but it's must be something Chrome related, as i said TO does not in any way interact with pages content nor their cookies.

Please go to this url:
chrome://extensions/
select the Developer mode checkbox (in up right corner) and post here the screenshot of this  page 
(or on my email)
and also please do the same with the next url:
chrome://version/

This might help me identify the problem

Also please check the disk space on the drive where you have Chrome profile, if this is portable Chrome maybe it just because when you enable TO it start to compete with Chrome for a very limited available disk space. It's only imaginable explanation that meantime i can produce

Possible logs that might help identify the problem is accessible through this urls:
chrome://user-actions/
chrome://tracing/


but to be able analyze their content need to be a developer and have a good knowledge of the subject.
unfortunately unlikely i will be able to inspect them and find a cause remotely
