I just setup vtiger 7.1.0 from scratch. In the customer portal settings, the portal URL is fixed and cannot be edited ( ) - and it is also connecting to nowhere.
How can I edit it and make it point to a correct address? do I need to open up the destination folder or will it be setup automatically by vtiger?
Thanks for any help!
First question: do I need to upload all the files in the zipped portal module to the very same directory where vtiger7.1 is installed i.e. all replacing files and folders which are already existing, or shall I use a separate directory?
(I uploaded all files in the very same directory - though it might be wrong)
Now in the arm settings the portal address is correct.
I can also generate the credetials for a user and receive them via email.
Yet, when I try and long into the portal main page, I get the following error message:
Hi, I am still stuck with the problem ""Cannot connect to Server. Please configure your site url in provided config file.", when trying to setup a customer portal in tiger 7.1
I modified the config.php but it does not work.
Any hints?
Thanks in advance!
I have vtiger 7.1.0 version running on shared host environment. I have asterisk 11.25.3 running on ubuntu x86_64 in AWS lightsail instance (VPS). My inbound and outbound calling from softphones working properly. But not from vtiger. Neither inbound nor outbound calling is working. I put vtiger asterisk connector on my asterisk server. Details of VtigerAsteriskConnector.properties are:
(If you had been using the local script syntax, and there was only a relative file name, and nothing in the agi-bin directory, it would have been obvious why it was failing, but, as AGI is always a local customisation, we would not have been able to tell you what to put there.)
i'm trying to implement Issabel + Call Center + Vtiger CRM 5.2.1
I created agents, campaigns, etc.. all seem to work fine (i have only outgoing calls for the moment).
The agent fills the form, the form is saved in a .csv file..
Now, i want to add Vriger CRM to my setup.. i suppose this is done by logging in the agent to Vtiger and use external urls..
PAOK1926 Hello, I just installed vtiger 7.0.1 and connect it with issabel using SPAsterisk connector. Now I can see the pop-up of incoming call on vtiger screen, because I put extension number on CRM extension field.
Now I want to go further on and implement this scenario with call center agents not on a specific extension. The problem is, call center agent are the part of the queue, do I need to put queue number on CRM extension field?
