Importing libraries in to android studio for libgdx framework

How would I import this in to android studio?

I have an eclipse project using the libgdx framework and I have moved it over to android studio because of unsupported gradle issues. My project requires 

the com.esotericsoftware.tablelayout.Cell package.

Specific instructions would be much appreciated.

libgdx contains a fork of tablelayout (Table in the scene2d.ui package). If you are using libgdx for a UI, scene2d is the way to go. You'd only need tablelayout if not using libgdx (doing Android UI with the nasty Android UI widgets).
