Moving off Google Groups

Please note that I'm removing the link to this group from the main
TableGear page and I'm going to be using Github Issues from now on. I
simply respond to that better for fixes, etc. I'll leave this group
open for people to use it but I may not be checking it anymore.

Please post questions issues on Github now!
