Moving repository to github

Hi,

The Google Code site is closing down, so I moved the Mercurial repositories to Github; obviously I have had to move from mercurial to Git.

https://github.com/coderazzi/tablefilter-swing

and

https://github.com/coderazzi/tablefilter-swing.java5

Due to the need to modify the documentation to point to the current repositories, 

I have uploaded a new version of TableFIlter -5.5.2-, which is functionally equivalent to 5.5.1
