Inquiring About Virtual Poster Presentation

Dear TRL Workshop Chairs,

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the opportunity to participate in the NeurIPS TRL Workshop.

The workshop currently mandates in-person participation, but due to circumstances, it seems challenging for me to attend in person. Therefore, I would like to know if it's possible to present my poster virtually.

If it is possible, I would appreciate information and requirements for virtual participation. If in-person attendance is mandatory with no alternatives, I kindly request your guidance on the necessary steps to follow.

Congratulations with getting your paper accepted to TRL 2023!

Unfortunately, we do not have a remote poster session as TRL is an in-person workshop, as stated on the website.

If none of the authors can make it in-person for reasons such as visa issues or incidents, I suggest to find a representative (eg from your institute) to present on your behalf.
