Dear TRL workshop organizers,

I am writing on behalf of the authors of the paper “TabGraphs: A Benchmark and Strong Baselines for Learning on Graphs with Tabular Node Features”, which has been accepted for presentation at the TRL workshop. We are grateful for the opportunity to share our work at the event.

Unfortunately, due to the visa-related issues, none of the authors is able to attend the workshop in person. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and want to ensure that our work can still be presented and discussed at the workshop.

Our colleague will be attending the main conference track. Hence, we would like to know if he is allowed to bring our poster and take part in the event instead of us, and whether any special registration is required for our colleague to present our paper at the workshop.

Thank you very much for your understanding and support. We look forward to your advice on how best to proceed under these circumstances.

Dear Gleb,

Thanks for letting us know! Unfortunately, there are many visa issues indeed. It would be great if your colleague can present your work during the workshop, but we are not in charge of registration monitoring.

Could you check with the conference organizing team, on the logistics side, if that is allowed? Is there at least one author who has a valid workshop registration? Maybe, it would then be OK for your colleague to use that one.
