Since source code is moved there
I think the issues can also be moved there:

Some differences from Google Code:

1. No state (except open & close, others are labels) (maybe you don't care -w-)
   
2. Got labels (like tags) (I created some basic labels, if not enough ask me to add)
3. You can reference a code or mention someone in comment
4. You need a Github account (should be easy to sign up though) (Google Code also requires Google account la)
5. You mention specific commit (change) or a row of code. If you understand what the code is doing
