some feature requests. If nothing else, a reminder to myself:

Only one bug that we noticed. When the CA and I were trying to allocate judges simultaneously on two different computers, occasionally there was a lack of coordination on our part and we'd try to move the judges in the same room at the same time. This acted in weird ways: some judges would dissapear completely from the tab (not showing up on the allocated judges list but not on the free adjudicators list either) and we would find them added to a completely separate room, but not allocated as chairs, panelists or trainees. I figure this may be very difficult to fix, but it would be nice if the program acted in a more predictable way when concurrent access is tried (running some error checks before using the UPDATE sql statement may be helpful)

Also, for the purposes of our tournament it would have been nice to be able to have non-integral speaker scores. This is because we generally use a different range in Canadian tournaments (36 - 42 with half points). We got around this by doubling the scores. When I ported Tabbie 1.0 to Canadian Parliamentary (two-team) format, I fixed this issue, so it wouldn't be too hard to fix, and would accommodate more score ranges..
