Added demo data to smooth tournament; fixed some bugs

Hi all,
The subject says most of it....
Get your hands on the latest trunk to stay out of trouble (in terms of the adjudicator allocation); I've fixed some subtle bugs.
The demo data is what Deepak sent me, though I've done some search and replace to generate some more interesting Adjudicator Rankings. This should be fun to play around with on smooth tournament.
The differences between my laptop and a server (my laptop wins) are beginning to show with Deepak's amount of people in the tournament; however, even on smooth tournament it still runs quite acceptable. Just don't go crazy on the Reload button.
