Tabbie 1.4 Released

Hi all,

With help of both Meir and Deepak, I'm proud to release version 1.4. A big new release....

This release will be used in the Beir Sheiva and Cork tournaments this weekend..... some last minute changes may be added before the "English Cup" (Israel) tournament of the 9th of December. I hope this 9th of Dec. version ( 1.4.1) can then also be used at Worlds.

* Adjudicator Allocation
    * The paramters are editable from the application
    * Added parameter "Ciaran Ideal"
    * Panel Sizes may vary - a parameter is added to regulate this behaviour
    * Tuning according to experience in live tournaments
    * Results of Adjud. Allocation can be inspected after manual changes too
    * Possibility for refining Ajdudicators incrementally added

* Standings
    * WUDC art. 4.a.iii is used to distinguish between teams on equal points and speaks

* Displaying:
    * Nice display of the Tab:
        * Autoscrolling
        * Speed adjustable
    * Added a "Team Overview" module
    * Minor changes to the Adjudicator Sheets
    * Adjudicator Allocation:
        * Current draw display averages instead of total points
        * Current draw is sorted on order of debate strength
        * Added total to adjud allocation representation
    * Result positions with a suffix, for e.g 1st instead of 1, 2nd instead of 2 etc

* Technical / Bugfixes
    * Draws for rounds >= 10 are supported
    * Locking of the Automated Draw Algorithms
    * Fixed bug with single room. If there's only one room it still works.

N.B. Firefox is the preferred browser to run Tabbie.
