Hi.
Firts of all, thank you for such a great toll like Tab Suspender!

I would like to ask, if there is a way to push default settings to managed chrome instances?
I'm trying to implement this tool in our school to give some relief on old computers that students are using.
The problem is that I need to push some our default settings like custom whitelist or custom time thresholds for tabs. Is there a way to do this using custom conf files, GPO's or registry strings?

Hi, Mateusz,

Tab Suspender store settings in Chrome Extension Local Storage:

Only line by line.

Hello.
Thank you for information’s you provided.
First of all I’m glad that you haven’t told that’s not possible 😊

I’m curious – is there a command line tool to push these settings to chrome local storage?
Or another idea – give Tab Suspender ability to look and read default settings from special file in plugin directory that I can prepare before installation?

Hi,
I do not sure is there some command line tool for that,
but you can make it inside Chrome by command localStorage.setItem('option', 'value'); (inside TS Dev console)
