หลัีงจากที่อีเมล์ดราม่ากันไป ตอนนี้เราได้ข้อสรุปเกี่ยวกับงบกันมาแล้วนะคะ

Dear Norah.
Thank you very much for your assistance. May I know which budget are you referring to? Please be informed that the RM1,000.00 that Suhana mentioned before is from UTP Alumni Association. This amount of money is given to Thailand Alumni Chapter to conduct the CSR event only (buy books or whatever…), and if there is a balance after the event, it will be kept by the Thailand chapter for your future activities. The money will be given to your representative once we arrive there.
As for the hall and hotel payment, it will be included in other budget, in which it will be paid by UTP (one of our delegates). Normally we pay together with the accommodation room charges, so that’s why we prefer to have the event at the same hotel that we stay. Btw, how much is 9,000 Baht in ringgit Malaysia? It’s about RM900.00 right? If that so I believe it’s a good price I would say. But let us wait for Suhana’s response on this budget. To me RM1,000 – 1,500 for the establishment is ok.
I forgot to mention. I vote for Hatyai Paradise. The room and hall charges look reasonable to me, plus its look is better than the other two. I am not sure, you guys know better.
Ps: I met you friend (Thai student who’s doing internship) two days ago in KL, at restaurant. He said he just about to go for a meeting about this establishment. Good and I really appreciate your and your friends’ commitment towards this event.

In that case I will check if Novotel can release or prepare some small meeting room for us (just double nego), but will book Hatyai Paradise first aswell ... in any case cancellation a week before event is still ok ... This round will ask them for menus

ป.ล.สำหรับใครที่ยังไม่ทราบว่าทำไมเราถึงทำกิจกรรมที่สถานเลี้ยงเด็กกำพร้า ===> คณะกรรมการเค้าเลือกกิจกรรมนี้ค่ะ
ณ วันเสาร์ที่แล้วที่ประชุมกันเราได้ข้อที่เกือบจะสรุปได้คือ :
1.เวลาที่จัด ===> 1.00 pm - 4.00 pm
2.สถานที่ ===> ห้องประชุมที่บ้านโสสะ (ตรงนี้รบกวนเช็คให้หน่อยว่าตรงไหน อย่างไร)
3.จำนวนเด็ก ===> ประมาณ 50 คน เนื่องจากมีเด็กหลายวัย เราจะเน้นทำกิจกรรมกับเด็กประถมนะ
4.กิจกรรม ===> วันนั้นเราคิดเกมส์น่ารักๆสบายและแฝงข้อคิดให้น้องๆได้มา 3 เกมส์
1.เกมส์หนังสือพิมพ์ (ยืนบนหนังสือพิมพ์แล้วพับครึ่งไปเรื่อยๆแต่ทำยังไงก็ได้ให้ทุกคนในกลุ่มยืนอยู่บน
นั่นให้ได้)
2.เกมส์ 50 sen (แต่ละคนจะถูกกำหนดค่าของตัวเองว่าเป็นกี่เซน แล้วพี่ๆจะให้น้องๆมารวมตัวกันให้ได้
เป็นจำนวนๆหนึ่ง)
3.เกมส์จรวด (น้องๆมีอุปกรณ์กันในกลุ่ม แล้วเราจะให้โอกาสแลกเปลี่ยนของกันระหว่างกลุ่ม และสุด
ท้ายพี๊คของเกมส์คือน้องต้องพับจรวดให้ได้ไกลที่สุด)
ทั้งนี้ทั้งนั้น เราจะแฝงข้อคิดไว้ในแต่ละเกมส์ แทนที่จะเป็น motivation talk ธรรมดาๆ
ข้างบนนี้เป็นเกมส์ที่เราคิดได้เบื้องต้น ใครมีไอเดียดีๆก็มาเสนอหน่อยนะคะ
ถ้าตรงนี้จะขอตัวแทนเกมส์ละ 2 คนได้มั้ยคะ? รับผิดชอบเกมส์ของตัวเองว่าต้องใช้อุปกรณ์
อะไรบ้าง แล้วก็ต้อง run game ในช่วงนั้น รวมถึงพูดให้ข้อคิดในตอนท้าย
5.อาหาร ===> เนื่องจากเราจัดกิจกรรมในช่วงบ่าย คงไม่ได้มีโอกาสเลี้ยงข้าวกลางวันน้อง เราจะเปลี่ยนเป็นให้
ขนมอร่อยๆกับน้องในแพ็คเกจ แพ็คนึงอาจจะมีขนมบวกน้ำอร่อยๆในนั้น อาจจะต้องเตรียมจำนวนแพ็ค
ให้เยอะหน่อย กันแพ็คขนมไม่พอ น้องที่ไม่ได้รับอาจจะเสียใจได้
6.ของที่ระลึก ===> ตอนนี้เรายังไม่ทราบ รบกวนเช็คกับอาจารย์ที่บ้านโสสะนะว่าเค้าต้องการอะไรเป็นพิเศษมั้ย ?
ตอนนี้นึกไม่ออกแล้วววว ถ้าพี่นุชตกหล่นหรือมองข้ามจุดไหนไป ขอช่วยกันคิดหน่อยนะคะ ^^v

- หาอาสาสมัคร เพื่อดำเนินการเตรียมอุปกรณ์และรางวัลสำหรับแต่ละกิจกรรม
- อยากได้รายชื่อและจำนวนพี่ๆที่เข้าร่วม ยิ่งเรวยิ่งดีเพราะเราจะทำป้ายชื่อแจกกัน อันนี้คิดว่าเพื่อให้น้องๆได้รู้จักพี่ๆทั่วถึง
- ที่ระลึก จะปรึกษากับทางเจ้าหน้าที่อีกครั้งว่าหากต้องการอุปกรณ์หรืออะไรเปนพิเศษ ถ้าไม่เยอะ เราจะจัดให้ แต่ถ้าไม่มีอะไร เราก้อจะจัดทำที่ระลึกให้ อาจจะต้องรีบสั่งร้านทำ เช่น ปฏิทิน นาฬิกา หรืออะไรที่สกรีน เพ้น ปรินโลโก้ของสมาคมและมหาลัย
- เรื่องกิจกรรม จะเอาตามที่พี่นุชเสนอมา แต่หากใครมีไอเดียเก๋ๆ หรือจากประสบการน้องๆ eeyc จะเอามาใช้ก้อแนะนำกันได้เสมอ แต่ให้คำนึงว่า เวลา ความสัมพันน้องกับพี่ และข้อคิดที่ได้ เปนสิ่งสำคัญของกิจกรรมที่เราต้องเน้น
- ทางเราอาจจะเตรียมพวกน้ำดื่ม หรืออาหารว่างสำหรับ teabreak เลกๆน้อยๆ
สุดท้าย อยากให้ผู้ที่่จะร่วมงาน ช่วยเสนอไอเดียบ้างไรบ้าง ไม่ใช่ว่า ตอบอีเมลว่าจะไปกันอย่างเดียว เพราะอย่างน้อยงานนี้ ไม่ใช่งานของพี่ๆที่จบมาอย่างเดียว เพราะนี่คืออีกหนึ่งสถาบันที่รอต้อนรับทุกคน เมื่อสำเรจการศึกษาตามที่ตั้งใจไว้ เลยอยากขอร้อง ช่วยตรงไหนได้ ขอให้ช่วยนะจ๊ะ

เกมจาก eeyc เนี่ย เป็นเกมสำหรับเด็กโต อย่างเด็กม.ปลายเป็นต้น คงมีเกมแบบเชาว์หน่อยที่พอเล่นได้ แต่ยะว่า มันอาจจะยากไปสำหรับเด็กประถมนะ

ขอบคุณน้องหย๊ะมากจ๊ะ ตกลงคือกิจกรรมถ้าไม่มีใครเสนออะไร ในตอนนี้เราจะยึดตามที่พี่นุชแจ้งไปก่อนนะครับ แล้วเดี๋ยวมีอับเดทหรือเข้ารูปเข้ารอยจะมาชี้แจงอีกที
วันนี้พี่โทไปติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ คุณอุไรแล้ว เค้าบอกว่าช่วงนั้นน่าจะว่างอยู่ แต่พี่บอกไปว่าเดี๋ยวอีกสักวันสองวันทางเราจะเข้าไป ขอเวลาเตรียมเอกสารโครงการเปนรูปเปนร่างก่อน เพื่ออย่างน้อยเค้าจะได้รู้ว่าเราทำงานเปนระบบขั้นตอน และอีกอย่างหากโทคุยกันมันดูน่าเกียจหากเราตกลงทุกอย่างทางโทรศัพ และทางโน้นเค้าก้อพร้อมยินดีให้เราเข้าเยี่ยมได้ทุกเมื่อ โดยเวลาทำการก้อตามเวลาราชการปกติคือ 8-17นาฬิกา
ตอนนี้ปัญหาอีกอย่างคือพี่คงกลับไปสงขลาไม่ทัน ภายในวันพรุ่งนี้หรือมะรืน เพราะธุระยังไม่เสจ เลยคิดว่าจะบินกลับช่วงสุดสัปดา และได้เตรียมร่างโครงการไว้ก่อน รอวันจันจะเข้าไปอีกที พร้อมสมาชิกบางคน (ใครก้อได้เสนอตัวมาหน่อย ^^)

Sorry for late reply,abt this matter I hve talk with focal person here long time ago and they also agree but as last two days,TTM was facing with protester and I'm not sure that for this situation how they gonna decide,let me check with them again nah,by the way, I have meeting during 8-11 december(tentatively),if the meeting is postpone or cancel I will join for sure.

และแล้วการเปลี่ยนแปลงก็เกิดขึ้นอีกแล้ว เมื่อประธานของตัวแทน UTP ไม่สามารถมาร่วมงาน CSR ในวันเสาร์ได้เนื่องด้วยธุระด่วน เค้า request ให้เราทำ CSR วันอาทิตย์เช้า แล้วก็ตามด้วยพิธีการวันอาทิตย์ T^T
พี่เข้าใจว่าหลายๆคนไม่สามารถลางานวันจันทร์ได้ และเราก็ได้แพลนการเดินทางกลับมามาเลเซียเป็นวันอาทิตย์เย็น
พี่ได้บอกเค้าไปแล้วตามข้างบนนี้
ณ ตอนนี้ ถ้าเหตุการณ์เป้นแบบนี้ เพื่อนๆพี่ๆ น้องๆ คิดว่าควรจัด CSR ยังไงดีอะจ้ะ เพื่อที่จะเป็นผลดีทั้งต่อตัวเค้าและเราทุกคน

Kindly be informed that Tn Hj Mohamed Noor Rosli will not be available on Friday 9th December. Hence, we will only be able to depart from UTP on Saturday, the 10th December. Hopefully you and your colleagues could arrange the itinerary of the programme so that both are conducted on Sunday the 11th December. E.g. we could have CSR on Sunday morning and proceed with the establishment and lunch in the afternoon. Sorry for this late request as we have just been informed that Tn Hj is having a visit from Egypt Embassy on Friday.
A few questions from me as follow:
1. How far is the Hat Yai Paradise Hotel from TTM, Songhkla?
2. How far is the Hat Yai Airport from the hotel?
3. What days are the weekend there? Friday-Saturday OR Saturday-Sunday?
Furthermore, kindly be informed that En Idham is arranging an official visit to TTM on Monday morning as mentioned in below email. We are still waiting for their response. Once everything is confirmed, I’ll let you know

Fyi, currently TTM facing a big problem with protester if u well aware. And now TTM plant stop working for a week( not shift staff). And I also not sure that whether on the visit date the issue will settle. And now TTM's CC is also very busy for settling the issue which might not be able to entertain UTPian on the mentioned date.
