Upcoming training: Trauma-informed Care for Birth & Postpartum Professionals

​Hey all! Here's some info on a wonderful training our esteemed colleagues Alexis Edwards and Courtney Butts​ will be hosting in Dallas in April. 

I'm really excited about this training addressing such a critical time for those impacted by trauma. From the presenters:  "This training will provide guidance and tools to professionals on how to better serve survivor clients through their pregnancy and postpartum. It will cover intimate partner violence, sexual trauma, birth trauma, and the unique experiences survivors of color face with an overall goal to enhance participants ability to serve new parents experiencing current or past abuse through a trauma informed approach."
