The State of Sexual Assault in Texas

Join us in Waco as Rose leads courageous conversations about the state of adult non-stranger sexual assault cases in Texas. Waco, TX has been in the news lately with Baylor sexual assault scandals and the controversial outcomes of adult non-stranger sexual assault cases. These outcomes are not isolated to Waco. We will discuss the parallels of injustice as it pertains to adult non-stranger sexual assault, the misconceptions around sexual assault as a whole, and how collaborative partnerships and community healing are key focus areas to address sexual violence in our great state of Texas.
