slack or google chat?

All, I'm feeling a bit divided in where to post things about Taarifa. Should it go in the google chat or in the Slack channel? Or just to this list?

That depends on who you primarily want to reach. The problem is that we
don't have any one channel to reach everyone. In fact we don't even have
a clear idea who is really following which channel.

I'm starting to see Slack as a failed experiment, it seems people don't
engage there at all. Which is a shame since we're using it very
successfully for other projects (though people there also use it in
other context and are thus monitoring Slack anyway).

This wasn't very helpful, but maybe it's worth doing an "inventory" of
who is (nominally) tuned into which channel.
