Training module on github

All, I've started a training repo on our github. As time allows, I'm adding in the content from both the training from Iringa and the pervasive game in Nairobi (which might also be taken to Zambia). My goal is that the material be easy to understand and complete by end of next week. Further iteration is of course utterly welcome.

I might also work on having the instructions for installation for a TOTAL n00b, along with how to set it up for your local venue, as a part of this repo. That I will need extensive help on, but I can't yet imagine a time that it will fit into my calendar.
