The Taarifa Platform is an open source web API, designed to close citizen feedback loops. We are currently working on an Innvotion Project in Tanzania, with various partners.

This project was started at the London Water Hackathon, where the project won first prize. The project started from the Ushahidi code base and was hacked to provide a workflow of reports among many other very cool features. It now runs on it's own code base, based on the Taarifa principles.
