Did you know NYS DOT plans to build a new highway-sized road just south the Cross Bronx Expressway over the Bronx River and Starlight Park? Over the past few months, our coalition has fought against this and now we need your help.
The time has come! We need you to stand with the Stop the Cross Bronx Expansion Coalition on June 5th to ensure the community is informed and involved in changes coming to the Cross Bronx Expressway.
Join our rally as we bring attention to the project and call on the community and elected officials to join us in a fight against the plans for another roadway (and more traffic and pollution) in our neighborhood. Then we will go to the NYS DOT meeting to hear what they have to say.
