Sept 17th: Monthly Activist and Other Events

Hello Everyone! 

We hope to see you at our Monthly Activist Meeting on September 17th at 6:30pm. As always, this meeting will be hybrid, with the in-person meeting happening on 2037 Adam Clayton Powell Blvd. We will be joined by the Deputy Director of Public Affairs for TA, Elizabeth Adams. We will work through campaign planning for the Central Harlem Bikeway. Expect a workshop style meeting! 

Other Events Coming Up 

• TOMORROW, September 10th 10:30am Rally for Health over Highways Bronx River Ave and the Cross Bronx Expressway. 
• Thursday, September 11th at 6:30pm CB6 Transportation Committee will meet about the Tremont Busway. This was a project killed by Mayor Adams. Need a few people to show up in favor of the project! 
• Sunday, September 21st we will be riding the NYC Century. Multiple route options are available. 
• Sunday, October 5th, join us for the Tour de Bronx (email me if you would like to marshal)

About Last Weekend

We had a jam-packed weekend of events! On Saturday we hosted a marshal training at Herbert Von King Park in Brooklyn. On Sunday, we supported the Big Boro Bike Ride.
