Dear Mr. Callwood thank you for your patience.

What day(s) and times are you targeting? Will your meetings be closed just to the committee members, and if so how many participants are there?

Hello Mrs. Jarvis,

My name is Arnold Callwood and I'm a member of Transportation Alternative's Bronx Committee. I tried to get in touch with you by phone, but you were unfortunately busy. I've left phone messages in the past, but received no response so I'm hoping that this email gets a response. I'm also cc'ing this email to the other members of the committee.

I'm sending this email in the hopes that the Bronx Library Center would be willing to host our group on a weekday evening for an hour and a half once a month between June through October. We are looking at other locations, but I'd very much like to have a few of our summer time meetings at the Bronx Library, if at all possible. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Arnold C.

The Library was always a good place to meet when they actually reserved a room for us. Looking back on everything, not having a space was really a big part of the demise of TABX. Let's not let that happen again.

Thanks again Arnold!!!

Hello Ms. Jarvis,

I apologize for the delay, but the poll has concluded. Participants overwhelmingly voiced preference for our meeting on the second Wednesday of the month. Those would be the following dates:
June 13nth
July 11nth
August 8th
September 12th
October 10nth

I hope that these dates are both still available and that your library is still able to host us. Again, thank you for your time and I apologize for any delays on our end.

Hello Mrs. Jarvis,

The meeting would be open to all current committee members and any others who would come across it on the TA website calendar. In the past attendance has been between 15-20 people.

I apologize for not having any dates to offer you right now. There was a decision made to start a poll to figure out which days to have our committee meetings. I wasn't made aware of it until last night and I have no idea when the poll is set to conclude. Is there a deadline that you need know what dates our group would like?
