Hello everyone!

Here are some of the upcoming events our committee is into! We hope to see you there!

And here are the upcoming events we hope to see you at:
  • May 15th - Bike Anywhere Day 🚴🏾‍♀️ PS 18 is hosting a BikeFest/Duathlon near 148th Street and Morris Ave in the South Bronx. They have been approved for full and partial street closures in a loop. Graciously, they are opening the loop for the community from 6:30 am - 8:30 at 148th and Morris Ave. Aside from getting your exercise in the South Bronx, we hear the kiddos really want to see you in your full kit! Stop on by for the community ride!

  • May 20th - Ride of Silence 6:30pm, 6 miles to honor four fallen cyclists
  • May 21st - Our Activist Meeting (Agenda: Letter of Support for 149th Street Improvements, Sinkhole on Fort Washington Greenway, public notice of closures on greenways or high traffic corridors, cyclist criminalization, Tour de Bronx Subcommittee)
  • May 31st Third Ave Bike, Walk, and Visioning - NYC DOT is redesigning Third Ave from 96th Street to 128th Street, we want to make sure they have the community in mind with the improvements they are proposing. We will start at 62nd street on bike. When the bike lane ends, we will continue on foot. What did the Upper East Side get? What does East Harlem deserve? Let's go!

Let me know if you have any questions!
