Hi all, happy Friday! Here are the meeting notes/agenda from this past Wednesday's meeting. Thanks everyone who joined! Please check out the notes for upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, and other ways to get involved.
One important announcement: I'm going on maternity leave soon and we're looking for someone to take over as Communications/Recorder, and also as Vice Chair if possible! Here are the duties:
Communications/Recorder: Along with Organizer and Co-Chairs/Vice Chair, create meeting agenda; take notes during meetings; send notes out after meetings. Ideally also add events to committee public calendar, and post on social media when you can.
Vice Chair: Provide support to Organizer and Co-Chairs, step in when Co-Chairs aren't available to facilitate meetings, send out meeting reminders, or help with other general committee duties.
