Transportation Alternatives ("TA")'s mission is to reclaim New York City's
streets from the automobile, and to advocate for bicycling, walking and public

Our Bronx Activist Committee is open to all residents (and non-resident, interested parties) of The Bronx. We have monthly meetings, bike rides and advocacy events -- all are open to the public.

Transportation Alternatives (TA) is a non-partisan 501(c)(3) organization. This means that we do not support or oppose candidates for elected office, nor do we participate in any activities that could benefit one party over another. There are many laws governing our work as a non-partisan organization and we take our non-partisanship seriously. Accordingly, nothing with the phrase "Transportation Alternatives" or "TA.", nor any usage of our logo, should be distributed in any manner in connection with any partisan efforts.
