Role: Sr.Dotnet Architect

Location: Lansing, MI

Duration: 12+ months

The application supporting the MAPS (Michigan Automated Prescription System) program currently uses software considered by the State of Michigan to be frozen technology, and current application architecture design no-longer supports recommendations for security, reporting needs, and mobile needs. This statement of work is to obtain a contract staff member who will work with a programmer/analyst with updating the system to meet current DTMB standards for security, updating software to current DTMB recommended standards, improving system performance to support increasing numbers of system users, and preparing the system architecture for use with mobile solutions. PLEASE see the detailed statement of work in the Req. Document(s) section.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for administration of the SiteMinder system

• Provide day to day Production support

• Integrate multi-domain web applications

• Create / modify SiteMinder policies, realms, rules, and responses

• Have a complete understanding of the entire enterprise SSO infrastructure

• Review business requirements

• Perform application analysis

• Apply vendor-released software patches as needed

• Perform software upgrades periodically

• Design, create and implement SSO configurations in DEV, QA, and Production policy servers

• Work with the webmasters in setting up web and application agents

• Modify existing policies to address new business requirements and/or application infrastructure changes

• Help diagnose authentication problems and troubleshooting issues in all environments

• Work with LDAP and design SSO policies using LDAP groups

Job Description:

Works closely with functional business analysts and the business to enhance the Customer Interaction Center in SAP CRM through technical changes from design through construction, testing, and launch.

• Enable all departments to optimize the capabilities of SAP CRM 7.0 and other business systems by enhancing reporting capability as well as enhancing business processes through technical modifications.

• Establish a close relationship with the others in IT applications to ensure that the business needs are understood and being met / planned for appropriately.

• With functional business analysts, translate user requirements into SAP CRM functionality, detailed specification creation, lead technical aspects of projects, and identify gaps in process.

• Works on and coordinates key SAP CRM deliverables. Identifies SAP CRM systems problem trends.

• Monitors the testing and evaluation of new versions and enhancement of the SAP CRM system and related software.
