I have gone through your hotlist, hope you have consultant for the below requirement and please share me the apt profiles.

Role: Quality Assurance Tester
Location: Mounds View, MN, United States
Duration: 6+ months

Job Description:
Coordinates changes with developers, technical writers and end users,Develops and performs test model validation,Implements software testing methodologies ,Performs unit, integration and/or regression testing
Education Level:Undergraduate Degree

Remarks:

Request Notes : This person will be the Domain Test Lead for the Global IT Callidus Group (Sales Compensation). Must have experience in Sales Compensation testing (perferrable CALLIDUS), leading the testing efforts, resource management, and test estimation. Must be able to step in and help with the testing work when needed and be able to engage with a variety of groups including Project Managers, developers, Business Analyst and Business sponsors. A plus would be knowledge of ALM and Callidus. Be able to bring to the table Best Practices and Standards.

The Developer is responsible for the planning, architecture, development, maintenance and support of the most complex applications for the enterprise delivered via the web, Internet and Intranet, and/or client-server. The incumbent is responsible for applying Object Oriented Programming best practices, architectures, and patterns, assists developers in programming, and aids in planning, architecting, securing, unit testing, and deploying applications. Responsible for adhering to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices, change control policies, and service level agreement (SLA) compliance. Keeps current on legal and technical issues that impact the County.
