I just got back from the demo site for the new 1.1 t3 blank template and noticed that the menu doesn't respond to mouse hover events. This is utterly disappointing as i, and many user other as well, browse the web with javascript disabled.
Every single one of the features T3 Blank provide are just incredible - mega menu, use of LESS and so on, but that Javascript menu is a showstopper for me.

Is there any plan to make the menu (basics, no animations, touch events) work without javascript?

By default, bootstrap dropdown menu only shown submenu when you click on the parent (top level). T3 provides an option to trigger submenu when mouse hover. To enable this feature, go to Template Manager, select Navigation tab and choose "Mouse Hover" for option "Dropdown Trigger".
