Our next troop outing/camping trip will be providing service at Howl-O-Ree the weekend of October 10 - 12. We will camp at Cherokee Scout Reservation for two nights. We will use tents rather than adirondacks. All meals will be in the dining hall. We will provide service at Howl-O-Ree (council Cub Scout fall camping activity) on Saturday. The cost of the weekend will be $15. This includes the camping fee and the staff registration fee which covers meals.
Mr. Payne will register all scouts in the troop for this activity. Do not go onto Black Pug and create a registration. I need a headcount so that I can register the correct number of scouts attending as volunteers.
Please email Mr. Payne by 9:00 PM on Sunday, October 5th, and indicate whether your scout WILL or WILL NOT participate in the camping trip. Mr. Payne will then register everyone in the troop who is participating.
