How Export based of a Flag ?

I would like to export all people with a the Flag "Mypics" that has a value of "Y"

In the People Section you can set a Person Filter property. You add a Filter term, "Attribute Text", and then set it as shown here:

 

 

In T2G, the Attribute Name is the TMG Custom Flag name. The Filter facility in T2G is used in several of my products and Attribute is its more general term for what custom flags are.
