TMG to GEDCOM (T2G) v1.06 is now available. TMG to GEDCOM exports TMG data in GEDCOM format and is faster and more flexible than the export GEDCOM feature in TMG. If you export a GEDCOM file to Ancestry.com, for example, you'll get much better results using TMG to GEDCOM.
This is a free upgrade for existing customers that includes enhancements and bug fixes including changes that improve exports for Ancestry.com and RootsMagic. I recommend that all users install this version. Details are described in the Change Log:
https://www.tmgtogedcom.com/en/changelog.htm?v=1.06
If you do not have a license for TMG to GEDCOM 1, you can start the purchase process here:
https://www.tmgtogedcom.com/en/purchases.htm?v=1.06
After you purchase, the web store will send you registration information and download instructions. If you encounter difficulty purchasing the program, please contact me using my JFCardinal address at Gmail.
MS Windows or your anti-virus software may not trust the TMG to GEDCOM installer because TMG to GEDCOM is not a commonly-used program and so it won't have enough reputation points to convince anti-virus software makers that it can be trusted. You may have to instruct your anti-virus software to allow you to download the installer if MS Windows or your anti-virus software deems it suspicious.
If you have any trouble installing or using T2G, post a message on the T2G discussion list (T2G-L), or contact me directly, your choice. Posting on the list will allow other users to benefit from the discussion of the problem and the solution.
