Hi All,

Is there a way to get the GL line total for the reports. I know the
ASSET.TYPE can be set up in RE.STAT.REP.LINES and the category ranges
in RE.STAT.RANGE. But would like to know how exactly the amount from
GL lines can be fetched for the reports. Is it possible straight from
T24 or is there any tool available?

Regards,
Karthikeyan

Hi Aravind,

Sorry.. I want to extract the amount in the GL lines defined for the
external reports. The GL line can be a detail or a total line already
defined for that purpose. I would like to get the amount from those
lines and populate it in external reports. Can this done via T24 or is
there any report tool to get this achieved...

Regards,
Karthikeyan

Karthikeyan,

Setup the batch record RE.OUTPUT.EXTRACT by attaching your report name in the DATA field.

This will extract the details in the file FBNK.RE.CRF.<<reportname>>
From this file you can get the contract & total line details.

Hi KK

If you want to extract the GL reports to some file (i.e., excel sheet), then u can use RE.STAT OUTPUT.
If you want the Data alone to be extracted then u can use data from RE.STAT.LINE.BAL and RE.STAT.LINE.MVMT. For updating data in these two files you must set it at report level i.e., in RE.STAT.REPORT HEAD. The fields MANITAIN.BALANCE and BALANCE.MONTHS Months will have to be given for this purpose.

Hope this clarifies

Hi,

Please see RE.STAT.LINE.BAL table and RE.STAT.LINE.MVMTY table

This may help u with the required data.
