Dear All,

I am in kzakishthan. Here the local requirement is they will fill up AUTO.ROLLOVER and AUTO.ROLLOVER TERM But they dont want to fillup the final maturity date. In version FINAL.MATURITY.DATE is a manditory field. They are asking to remove this field from manditory.

If i remove the same what will be the impact. will it affect the calculation of interest.

Please advise.

Thanks and Regards
CVK

Hi CVK,

Please let us know which release are you referring to - in R09, this field is not a mandatory field.

Functionality of the field 'FINAL.MATURITY' is to indicate to the system on which date the auto rollover should end.

Regards,
Gomathy AR.

Dear Gomathy,

I am in RO8.02. In this release is also not manditory. But bank has made manditory in the version. Now they want to remove the manditory. I just want to know is there any impact because of this.

Thanks and Regards

Buddy,

It depends on the Business & the reason for making the field mandatory,if this field is left blank then the contract matures just after the rollover term.

Buddy,

Very sorry,If the field FINAL.MATURITY is left blank the contract rollovers continously for a period of ROLLOVER.TERM until an date is mentioned in FINALMATURITY.

Probably that may be the reason why the client has made the field as mandatory so that the rollover stops on an particular date.

HI CVK,

The FINAL.MATURITY field has to have the value only when the contract
needs to be matured. Hence, removing the field from versio will not
impact on the interest facts... as the contract gets rolled over on
given frequency.
